Who is it for?
All levels. We scale every exercise with regressions/progressions so everyone succeeds.
How long is a session?
60 minutes door-to-door (welcome, warm-up, strength & circuit, finisher, cool-down, snack).
What should I bring?
Water, towel/sarong, sunscreen, and good vibes. Optional: light shoes, cap, sunglasses.
Barefoot or shoes?
Your call. Most people go barefoot on the sand; light trainers are fine too.
Where do we meet?
You’ll get a Google Maps pin by email after booking (nearest access point/lifeguard post).
Weather policy?
If conditions aren’t safe, we reschedule or refund—your choice. We’ll email you at least 2h before.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free up to 24h before the start time. Inside 24h, write to us and we’ll do our best.
What if I’m late?
We start on time. Join in when you arrive; we’ll slot you into the current station.
Any health or injury notes?
Tell the coach at check-in. We’ll adapt movements; skip anything that doesn’t feel right.
Age & accessibility
16+ recommended. Sand workouts aren’t wheelchair-accessible; message us for alternatives.
Can I book a private group?
Yes—sunrise, golden hour, or custom. Ask for a quote and we’ll set it up.

English, Italian, Spanish, Catalan, Chinese.
Pets?
We love dogs, but not during the session for safety. Bring them for the post-workout chill!
