An early morning experience designed to activate your body, clear your mind, and connect with people who resonate like you. We train facing the sea, without rush and without pressure. Conscious movement, real energy, soft music, and the Mediterranean breeze accompanying every moment. You will leave with an awakened body, a light mind, and a deep sense of clarity and renewal.
Event structure

Coffee chat
20 min
We meet on the beach before sunrise. We offer you a hot coffee while the sky changes color. We introduce the group, explain how the experience will unfold, and begin to create the right energy for what’s to come.

Connection and mindset dynamics
15 min
We carry out brief guided dynamics to activate mindset and facilitate connection among participants. We share intention, goals, and motivation in a natural environment, creating a close and authentic atmosphere from the start.

Functional training on the sand
60 min
Structured session that combines mobility, strength, and cardiovascular activation using bodyweight. We adapt the intensity to each level to ensure safety and challenge. The environment and group energy enhance the experience.

Guided breathing and conscious closing
25 min
We finish with controlled breathing and stretching facing the sea. We lower heart rate, integrate the work done, and close with a brief focus exercise so you start your day with clarity and balance.
It is a complete experience.

Who is it for?
All levels. We scale every exercise with regressions/progressions so everyone succeeds.
How long is a session?
120 minutes (welcome, warm-up, strength & circuit, finisher, cool-down, snack).
What should I bring?
Water, towel/sarong, sunscreen, and good vibes. Optional: light shoes, cap, sunglasses.
Barefoot or shoes?
Your call. Most people go barefoot on the sand; light trainers are fine too.
Where do we meet?
You’ll get a Google Maps pin by email after booking (nearest access point/lifeguard post).
Weather policy?
If conditions aren’t safe, we reschedule or refund: your choice. We’ll email you at least 2h before.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free up to 24h before the start time. Inside 24h, write to us and we’ll do our best.
What if I’m late?
We start on time. Join in when you arrive; we’ll slot you into the current station.
Any health or injury notes?
Tell the coach at check-in. We’ll adapt movements; skip anything that doesn’t feel right.
Age & accessibility
16+ recommended. Sand workouts aren’t wheelchair-accessible; message us for alternatives.
Can I book a private group?
Yes. Sunrise, golden hour, or custom. Ask for a quote and we’ll set it up.

Pets?
We love dogs, but not during the session for safety. Bring them for the post-workout chill!
